Hasselt is the city of "taste". you just taste it here. two towers define the Hasselt skyline. in one of these towers the Radisson Blu has found shelter. on the 16th floor the Sky Lounge offers a magnificent view over the whole city. of course Serge enjoys the famous Hasselt gin, I like a hot chocolate and a Hasselt speculaasje. on the way home we stop for a chat in the Japanese garden. the Japanese Garden in Hasselt is an extension of the Kapermolenpark. the Japanese garden is a place where I, surrounded by the oriental spheres, completely unwind. nature, tranquility and design come together. the Japanese garden is situated between the city centre and the Great Ring.
